Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 5 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. Anything after that will be pushed to the following business day. We ship within two business days of receiving payment, and we usually ship the same day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping takes between 2-3 business days. We use a variety of shipping companies, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Once the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered.

Once an order is placed, the address cannot be changed. Check your address on Amazon, e.Bay, and PayPal before placing an order.
Essential Palace Inc never guarantees that items will be delivered within the estimated delivery times provided by eBay and Amazon.
International Shipping Policy.
International shipping is available to customers in countries that do business with Amazon and eBay. After we receive full payment, most of our items are shipped via Fedex the same or next business day. Every order comes with a tracking number. When the package’s tracking number indicates that it has been delivered.
